Room for 2 cars in the garage but no need to drive anywhere as it is only a short walk to the foreshore and all it offers in restaurants, cafes and markets. Dolphin Quay, Movies, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre a walkable distance as well. $250 per night peak, $200 off peak, $120 cleaning/linen fee $500 bond. NO FUNCTIONS/LEAVERS/PETS PERMITTED
