Our Management Program
Mandurah Holiday Rentals has been in business since 2012 and offers a full property management service to owners. We can do as little or as much as you want – we have a full complement of local businesses from pool/spa cleaning, maintenance, gardens and lawns supporting us. We are compliant with all shire regulations and importantly are a current member of ASTRA (Australian Short Term Rental Accommodation) association.
We’re also have an Interior Designer on our team who is more than happy to provide advice and assist in setting up your property.

Our revenue manager monitors and adjusts our rate strategies constantly to minimise potential vacant nights.
We also use our technology to protect and maintain our clients properties. We have strict guest policies and digital rental agreements we use deter unwanted guests, we also individually verify each guests identity and enforce our policies.
Our clients also benefit by being able to have real-time view of their properties bookings, maintenance requests and can even book their property for their own use through our owner portal.
